Abstract

Este artigo visa a examinar a luta em torno do Estado Comunal, como realização da democracia participativa protagônica estabelecida na Constituição venezuelana. Para alcançar este objetivo, o artigo está dividido em duas seções. A primeira descreve a estrutura do Estado comunal, a segunda, a luta em torno dele, além das considerações finais relativas à questão democrática.
