The present study had as a proposal the elaboration of an industrial layout based on the concepts of lean production for a company in the beer sector. The objective was to present a new organizational model for the plant and industrial facilities of the selected company, employing lean production concepts and tools to develop a new layout model, with a view to improving the production process and minimizing waste. At first, we tried to analyze the situation of the initial layout, and then, with the use of tools, such as the relationship diagram, spaghetti diagram and the value flow mapping, to elaborate a new layout project that was innovative and fit the company's purposes. Aspects such as quality and continuous flow were also analyzed for the construction of this new model. Finally, the results were analyzed in the Graduate Program in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation at the Federal University of Roraima and later the development of the ideal industrial layout was carried out, proving the advantages and benefits achieved with the new production flow, followed by the transfer of this technology to the company under study
