Faced with the immigration context shaped as a result of the political and economic crisis that took place in Venezuela, the municipality of Boa Vista/RR had its reality changed and the job market was shaped according to the new social situation. This paper, of a descriptive-analytical nature, sought to identify and analyze the factors that influenced the turnover of immigrants of Venezuelan nationality in the Roraima labor market, from the perspective of business managers. The research was justified by the lack of studies that identified the factors related to the turnover of immigrants in the Roraima labor market, given the current scenario of Venezuelan immigration. To achieve the objective of the research, structured questionnaires were applied with multiple choice questions, in companies from different areas of activity, in order to demonstrate whether there was a preference in hiring Venezuelan immigrants, as well as the incidence of factors and evidence of the process of admissions followed by dismissals in the companies interviewed. The results were obtained through a quantitative approach, in which it was demonstrated that there was no significant turnover rate in the companies participating in the research, however, the existence of factors that could influence the disposition of these factors was identified, such as linguistic difficulties faced by Venezuelan workers and the levels of personal and/or professional satisfaction of immigrants.
