Over the past few decades, studies on harassment have spread in the field of administration, demanding a mapping of the routes taken, contributions, and possibilities of new studies. Thus, the aim of this article is to conduct a systematic review of national literature between 2011 and 2020. The identified articles were submitted to a selection and exclusion protocol, resulting in the selection of 57 studies. In addition to describing the social structure of the field, with an analysis of the impact of the articles, main journals, authors, co-authorship networks, and word clouds, it was possible to map the intellectual structure by identifying three research clusters: "workplace bullying, consequences, contexts and associated factors", "symbolic violence", and "typologies and organizational aspects". Based on the analysis of the results, it was possible to identify gaps to be filled and propose an agenda for conducting new studies on the topic. This is where the contribution of this research lies. Exploring other research routes may allow advances in understanding harassment as a phenomenon observed in different social and organizational contexts.
