Abstract

This article aims to present a survey on Quality of Work Life (QWL) of employees in stores Retail Clothes in the Amazon. It is known that the quality of life at work is directly related to the welfare of the individual, affecting all aspects in the lives of workers. It is a fact that the societies they live in constant change, requiring trade more innovations to meet their needs. Falls to the employees the responsibility to provide theserequirements, which can reach the QWL. In order to analyze the quality of work life of employees, a survey was conducted on the concepts related to it, to assess the physical and health, psychological, personal and professional these individuals. Methodology was applied field research using quantitative positivist descriptive Likert scale with 45 vendors from various stores. We discussed aspects such as health, work-related diseases, healthy habits of employees, personal satisfaction, work motivation and self-esteem, family and professionals. Thus, we highlight four factors: motivation to work, not bias at work, lack of medical care and feel pain and discomfort at work. Thus, it is understood that to have QVT, there must be a consensus by both companies as the developer.
