Abstract

The article has goal to analyze the characteristics of information flow between cadaster systems and billing systems of a telecommunications company, limited to the product postpaid mobile phone. The methodology was the case study, in a telecommunications company, considering to study business and corporate customers who use the minutes sharing between two or more billings. This is a qualitative and descriptive study. The empowering process flow presented some disabilities, highlighted the development of the article, including: incompatibility the time between the empowering and the first billing, lack of control as the company active chips to customers. It is recommended future studies to develop the act plan to be implemented with the goal of the redesign of business processes, and even set is on its positioning in the market.
