Abstract

This paper aims to identify the satisfaction of cooperative action against the cooperative. Focused on the case of the Cooperativa Agropecuária dos Cincos Polos - COOPERCINCO, which has its headquarters in Agrarian Reform Settlement Project New Amazon city of Boa Vista-RR. It was used during the research case study, qualitative method where the instruments of data collection varied, such as bibliographic and documentary, semi structured questionnaire, ethnographic observation and others. The work was done in the period from March to May 2013, which had as a result of the research showed that the majority of respondents are satisfied with the performance of the aforementioned cooperative.
