Abstract

The growth of the Brazilian agribusiness has been one of the main points affected by the country's current economic growth. This activity has aspects an important element of managerial control, as it affects aspects that relate impacts to soil, air, water and visual. This work consists of a detailed survey of industries from fruit pulp of the state of Rio Grande do Norte / Brazil, and the deposition and the environmental impact of its waste, defining the main elements to be considered in the environmental management of these enterprises. It also aims, through a literature search to propose new alternatives for the recycling of waste from these industries as food and animal feed. Associating a concept of responsibility and sustainability to the life cycle of these products.
