Reservatório para reutilização da água de ar-condicionado: inovação e sustentabilidade em edificação universitária

Abstract

Water is a vital element for the life of living beings on Earth, being
necessary not only for human consumption, but also for other various types of
activities. However, with the increase in its use and water scarcity, the reuse of
this resource, in a rational and planned way, has become a priority. In view of
this scenario, the objective of this work is the creation of a prototype of a lower
reservoir to reuse the water wasted by air conditioners of the Polytechnic
School of Pernambuco, to use this resource for irrigation and cleaning purposes
within the institution itself.
