Estudo dos Entraves do Retorno das Embalagem Pós-Consumo na Cadeia de Reciclagem: Um Levantamento nos Estados do Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo no Período de 2021 a 2022

Abstract

The present work studied the obstacles associated with the return of post-consumer packaging in the states of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, based on questionnaires sent to 81 recycling operators (obtaining 23 responses) located in the two focus states. The information collected through a questionnaire is complemented by information provided by a company in the field of recycling and reverse logistics. Based on the use of the Geographic Information System, thematic maps were prepared that enabled a spatial analysis of the path taken by the material, thus making it possible to observe that the operators who effectively participated in the research are concentrated in the central regions, in addition to identifying 29 recycling industries in the two states.
