This article investigates how third sector organizations can use project management tools to promote cultural initiatives in Brazil. The research is based on national and international literature review and adopts a qualitative approach with theoretical scope. The results show that applying good project management practices, such as PMBOK and agile methods, significantly improves efficiency, resource fundraising, and social impact. Practical implications include professionalizing cultural management and expanding cultural policies. The study offers theoretical contribution by integrating project management with the cultural field in the third sector. A limitation is the lack of direct empirical application. The work values culture as a vector of social development and proposes guidelines for its consolidation.
