This study addresses the application of Technological Prospecting as a strategic component in the development of a Web Tool dedicated to managing Quality of Work Life (QWL) at the Legislative Assembly of Roraima – ALE-RR. The qualitative and exploratory methodology allowed for a systematic literature review and analysis of existing technologies, revealing gaps and opportunities for innovation. The results of the prior art search emphasize that, unlike existing solutions, the proposed tool goes beyond providing information, incorporating Artificial Intelligence for article production, offering information on QWL activities, and facilitating appointment scheduling. These findings solidify the proposal as a significant advancement in the legislative landscape, presenting itself as a disruptive practice in promoting well-being and effectiveness in the workplace. Therefore, this study contributes to innovation in QWL management and guides toward a new standard in the technological approach to promoting work-life balance for the target audience at ALE-RR.
