Currently, contemporary society has become increasingly technological, and software and mobile applications have been fundamental for technological revolutions and indispensable for the world economy. This article aims to present the development of a mobile application for Android operating systems on the theme of computer program registration at the National Institute of Industrial Property - INPI. The study is qualitative, experimental, and descriptive, with a bibliographic survey for theoretical foundation on the subject. The Meu Software application was developed in Flutter, considered a framework that uses the Google Dart programming language, which follows the object-oriented paradigm, allowing for the creation of applications for mobile devices, smartphones, tablets, and other devices. Support tools were used for development, such as Visual Studio Code, Figma, GIMP, and GitHub. Subsequently, its usability was evaluated by experts who considered it appropriate and innovative, and it is available for free download on the Google Play Store. It is expected that the application will facilitate communication between those interested in registering computer programs with the INPI, contributing to the country's economic and technological development.
