Indigenous women and migrants: the experience of marketing products from the solidarity economy in solidarity not markets

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the process of marketing the products from thesolidarity economic enterprises – ESS of indigenous and migrants women in Boa Vista-RR supported by the technological incubator popular cooperative and collaborative enterprises, Federal University of Roraima – ITCPES/UFRR. The action was financed by PRONINCNational Program Support for the SENAES Incubators- the National Solidarity Economy Ministry of Labor and Employment, through FINEP – Projects from 2008 to 2010. The design of ITCPES/UFRR called Women Entrepreneurs in the Amazon was aimed at strengthening and supporting the marketing activities of ESS incubated in view of the generation of jobs, work and in come for women. The article also proposes to discuss theoretically the market. For ITCPES/UFRR the work was a challenge as it needed to reconcile the contradiction of joint production and marketing in markets not solidarity.
