The relationship between motivation in working with the Burnout syndrome in administrative civil servants in the Amazon

Motivation is one of the issues discussed in the study of man's relationship with hiswork, because the motivated person carries out its activity with more quality to the audience. When employees are not satisfied with the work it is possible that they are affected by the burnout syndrome, whose effects can result in psychosocial problems due to increased emotional exhaustion (energy losses), depersonalization (treating clients as objects). This study aims at identifying the relationship of motivation at work and burnout syndrome in administrative officials. With respect to the methodological procedures, the research is characterized as a descriptive study, quantitative, exploratory case study. As a research instrument used was a closed questionnaire, to raise the demographic, professional, factors that influence motivation and feeling about the work of 210 civil servants in administrative Boa Vista / RR. It was noted that sometimes the employees feel valued and receive recognition, always feel motivated about what they do, they relate better with the other coworkers, the facilities will always motivate, pay, pay and benefits are sometimes satisfied , are always motivated when results are achieved and as regards the three dimensions of burnout syndrome, Emotional Exhaustion appears little, Depersonalization demonstrates that employees are concerned about the people who attend daily and reduced personal accomplishment at work shows that employees are made in their work are so pleased with the professional development.Downloads
