Human rights and citizenship in the Brazilian traffic

This article discusses the traffic education importance as well the citizenship exercise, in order to preserve the fundamental right of a safe transit. Emphasizes the driver paper in preventing accidents and improving traffic conditions on public roads. Traffic accidents cause victims, direct and indirect, with serious injuries, permanent disabilities and deaths, resulting in many losses to society. Despite current regulations, it is too observed the idea of impunity drivers who only respect the law if there is effective monitoring traffic, such as the law prohibiting alcohol consumption by drivers. It concludes the need for social change through the promotion of human rights, by the need for a safe transit, essential for the preservation of life as a second dimension of fundamental right.Downloads
