Abstract

O presente artigo visa contribuir para a reflexão em torno do papel e relevância das ciências em sociedade, avaliando as atuais tendências que orientam e condicionam o fazer ciência numa perspetiva de diálogo intercultural e de ecologias de saberes, num contexto onde as novas forças neocoloniais ligadas as pressões de mercado limitam o exercício de uma ciência pública e cidadã.
