UTILIZAÇÃO DO CLIMA NO PLANEJAMENTO COMO REFLEXO DAS CONDIÇÕES AMBIENTAIS NOS CENTROS URBANOS

Resumo

O clima enquanto processo dinâmico reflete considerações acerca às condições ambientais de uma determinada escala. Por essa característica, percebem-se no espaço urbano várias transformações no clima local em função das modificações das condições ambientais, com claras repercussões nas áreas circunvizinhas às cidades. Visto essa relação, é de vital importância à inclusão dos fatores climáticos como fonte de subsídio ao planejamento urbano. O objetivo do trabalho é refletir através da apresentação de diversos modelos de clima urbano já utilizados em estudos e, suas contribuições e dificuldades de aplicação. Posteriormente, partiu-se à análise sobre a problematização da escala climática no planejamento urbano. Com relação à escala, ainda paira uma incerteza quanto à escala ideal a ser adotada nos estudos, uma vez que a escolha possui implicações práticas de fornecimento e monitoramento de dados e de contribuição ao planejamento. Palavras-chave: Clima, Planejamento, Cidade. ABSTRACT The climate while process dynamic it reflects considerations near to the environmental conditions of a certain scale. For that characteristic, they are noticed in the space several urban transformations in the local climate in function of the modifications of the environmental conditions, with egg whites repercussions in the adjacent areas to the cities. Seen that relationship, it is from vital importance to the inclusion of the climatic factors as subsidy source to the urban planning. The objective of the work is to contemplate through the presentation of several models of urban climate used already in studies and, their contributions and application difficulties. Later, broke to the analysis on the problematize of the climatic scale in the urban planning. Regarding the scale, it still hovers an uncertainty as for the ideal scale to be adopted in the studies, once the choice possesses practical implications of supply and measure of data and of contribution to the planning.
