CIDADE, TERRITÓRIO E REDE NA MODERNIZAÇÃO AGRÁRIA DO BRASIL E A ABORDAGEM SOBRE MATO GROSSO (City, territory and network in the agrarian modernization of Brazil and the Mato Grosso approach)

Resumo

O presente texto aborda a questão da modernização agrária no Brasil, olhando com maior especificidade o caso de Mato Grosso, com base na tríade: cidade, território e rede, na intenção do que estamos formatando como linha teórico-metodológica para aprofundamento em futuras abordagens empíricas. Quando buscamos os pressupostos históricos da formação e modernização territorial do Brasil, e dentro desta a da modernização agrária, a questão da cidade é básica e evidente, embora esta vertente mereça, ainda, esforços no sentido da ampliação desta relação. Na atualidade, esta questão recebe o reforço de outra categoria necessária, a de rede, a qual permite potencializar ainda mais este leque de abordagem. Foi caminhando por esta vertente, que produzimos nossa reflexão sobre modernização territorial e dentro desta a agrária em Mato Grosso, tendo a cidade como base necessária de introdução e consolidação configurada na atualidade em redes do complexo agroindustrial em que a cidade tem se transformado na expressão maior das contradições sócio-territoriais. ABSTRACT This text deals with the Agrarian Geography modernization in Brazil, in a glance about Mato Grosso situation with more specificity, based on the triad: city, territory and networks, in what we are intending and formatting them, such as, a theoretical and methodological thought for further future empirical approaches. When we look for the historical assumptions of the territory shape and modernization of Brazil, and within, the Agrarian Geography modernization context, it is basic and obvious regarding the city issue, although this aspect deserves yet, some efforts to expand this relationship. Nowadays, this issue receives the necessary strengthening of another category, the network, which allows further enhance through this range of approach. It was thinking on this way we have created our thought about modernization of the territory, in addition, the Agrarian Geography in Mato Grosso, and the city as the required basis, currently with a configured introduction and consolidation in networks of agro-industrial complex which the city has become the more contradictory expression of the social territory.
