EL PATRIMONIO CULTURAL COMO GENERADOR DE IDENTIDAD LOCAL DESDE UNA VISIÓN ANALÍTICA DEL RELATO DE ACTORES INVOLUCRADOS. ESTUDIO DE CASO EN LA LOCALIDAD DE GENERAL DANIEL CERRI (PARTIDO DE BAHÍA BLANCA EN LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA)

Resumo

En el Sudoeste de la provincia de Buenos Aires (Argentina), dentro de la delimitación administrativa del partido de Bahía Blanca, la localidad de General Daniel Cerri, poblado situado a 15km de la ciudad cabecera (Bahía Blanca) se encuentra un importante complejo industrial de principios de siglo XX hoy abandonado. El mismo era un nexo articulador de la región a la vez que actuaba como conector entre la localidad y el mundo. De importancia relevante en este complejo industrial es el caso del peladero y lavadero de pieles Lanera Argentina, completamente paralizado desde hace algunos años y en avanzado estado de deterioro. El objetivo de este escrito es rescatar el valor histórico cultural de la actividad lanera y su espacio físico en el área de estudio, centrados en la actividad productiva y la vida dentro del establecimiento, desde el discurso de los actores; instancias material e inmaterial que conforman los bienes culturales del lugar y requieren de la toma de conciencia de la población al respecto para convertirse en identidad de los pobladores. Esta instancia de relevamiento del saber hacer, prácticas y costumbres, es el paso primordial para la valoración de un elemento por la comunidad. Palabras clave: patrimonio; cultura; identidad; relatos de los actores ABSTRACT In the Southwest of province of Buenos Aires (Argentina), inside of administrative delimiting of the region Bahía Blanca, the locality General Daniel Cerri, town to 15km from the principal city (Bahía Blanca), there is an important industrial complex from beginning of century XX today left. The same was a link into the region and it was a link between the town and the world too. Very important in this industrial complex is the case of washer of skins Lanera Argentina, it is absolutely stopped from many years and spoilt. The aim of this writing is to rescue the historic and cultural value of the wool activity and the physical space in the study´s area. This paper is centred in the productive activity and the life inside of the building, from the actors´s stories. These are the material and inmaterial elements that make the culturals elements in the place and these need the take of conscience for the people with the aim to make identity. This stage looking for the “to know do”, habits, customs, it is the first steep for the valuation of an element for the comunity.
