O TERRITÓRIO NACIONAL, A SOJA E A IMPORTÂNCIA DA AVIAÇÃO NO ATUAL PERÍODO: A INCORPORAÇÃO DA REGIÃO CENTRO-OESTE À LÓGICA BRASILEIRA DA PRODUÇÃO DE GRÃOS (Brazilian territory, soybeans and the importance of aviation in current times...)

Resumo

O texto aborda o papel da informação no atual período técnico-científico e informacional por coordenar o processo de localização das atividades empresariais no território ao mesmo tempo em que se constitui como recurso estratégico para os sistemas produtivos das empresas globais. Empiricamente, verificamos que uma das características do agronegócio no território brasileiro (especificamente a produção de soja na região Centro-Oeste) é a dissociação entre a produção propriamente dita e seu comando corporativo sendo que este último se encontra principalmente na Região Concentrada que apresenta vantagens quanto à informação especializada que rege os processos produtivos das grandes empresas. Mesmo com a possibilidade dada do controle operacional à distância, a presença física dos empresários-fazendeiros se faz necessária nos grandes centros metropolitanos. Tendo em vista que uma das características da atual economia globalizada é a necessidade cada vez maior de fluidez, o sistema de movimento aéreo flexível se torna um elemento importante na concretização das negociações empresariais. ABSTRACT The text covers the role of information in the current technical-scientific and information period, by coordinating the localization process of entrepreneurial activities in the country. The text also constitutes a strategic resource for the productive systems of global enterprises. Empirically, we ascertained that one of the characteristics of an agribusiness in Brazil (specifically the production of soybeans in the Midwest region) is the disassociation of the production itself from its corporate command, considering that the latter is located mostly in the “Região Concentrada” [the region of Brazil characterized by the most intensive flow of capital, merchandise and information in the country, typically the south and south-eastern states, plus Mato Grosso and Goiás, centered on the Rio de Janeiro-São Paulo metropolitan axis], where science and technology are continuously being developed, which presents advantages with regards to specialist information required to command the productive processes of such large enterprises. Even with the possibility of remote operational control, the physical presence of absentee farmers is necessary in the large metropolitan centers. Considering that one of the characteristics of the current globalized economy is the ever greater need for fluidity, a flexible system of air transportation becomes an important element in the execution of business operations.
