A Geoestratégia dos Grandes Espaços Mundiais (The Geoestrategic of Global Spaces)

Resumo

A Geopolítica é o estudo da formação dos grandes espaços mundiais, abrangendo a dimensão geoestratégica dos projetos de poder. Nesse sentido, as condições geográficas marítimas e terrestres representam distintas possibilidades de organização do território, inclusive das geoestratégias militares. Além do resgate destes condicionantes geográficos no "longo século XX", procura-se aplicá-los na análise de cenários geoestratégicos para o sistema internacional do século atual. Palavras-chave: geopolítica; geoestratégia; sistema internacional. RESUMEN La geopolítica es el estudio de la formación de grandes espacios, que cubre la dimensión geoestratégica del poder. En este sentido, factores geográficos maritimos y continentales apresentan distintas posibilidades de organización del territorio, incluso las geoestratégias militares. Además de revisar la história de estos factores geográficos en el "largo siglo XX", empleamos estos factores en el análisis de escenarios geoestratégicos para el sistema internacional del siglo actual. In this sense, the sea and land represent distinct possibilities of organization of the territory, including the geostrategic military. In addition to the rescue of these geographical conditions in the "long twentieth century", seeks to apply them in the analysis of geostrategic scenarios for the international system of the present century.
