ALGUMAS CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE OS IMPACTOS NA NASCENTE DO IGARAPÉ CARANÃ, BOA VISTA-RR

Resumo

O presente trabalho visa estudar a área de nascente do Igarapé Caranã, haja vista o avanço do perímetro urbano estar acontecendo justamente na direção oeste da cidade de Boa Vista, onde está localizada a região de nascente de importantes igarapés. O estudo procura ainda, subsidiar as autoridades e a sociedade para a conscientização e preservação do meio natural, uma vez que há carência de informações. Conforme pode-se observar, a nascente vem sofrendo impactos devido a ação antrópica, além da ocupação por assentamento habitacional, o Conjunto Cidadão, configurando-se em um dos principais fatores que contribuem para a degradação da área da nascente. ABSTRACT The present work aims at to study the area of spring of the Caranã narrow river, has seen the advance of the urban perimeter to be happening exactly in the direction west of the city of Boa Vista, where the region of important spring of rivers is located. The study it still looks for, to subsidize the authorities and the society for the awareness and preservation of the natural way, a time that has lack of information. As it can be observed, the spring comes suffering to impacts due the human action, beyond the occupation for habitacional nesting, the Joint Citizen, configuring itself in one of the main factors that contribute for the degradation of the area of the spring.
